Wire brush them, and use a tin of Hammerite to clean them up - Take the wheels off to do this! You don't want Hammerite on your Nismo's. I've done this on a few cars. Quote

I assume you mean the centre part of the disc where the wheel bolts to? If so No reason why you couldn't do this on a the centre centre part Quote
