goodatcrashing Posted July 17, 2011 Share Posted July 17, 2011 Hi all, Just wanted to share the results from my stock as a rock 03 noise test recently. I wanted to go to croft but the 88Db limit has everyone worried so I got the guys from TCE track day club to test mine. Method: Sound level meter held down the centreline of the car, 1 meter away from the tip. Slowly increased the revs to 4300 (3/4 of max revs). Result: 84Db @4300rpm Its higher than I expected for a stock car but im happy. What kind of results is everyone else getting with different mods?
