Squeaky Suspension HELP PLEASE

Took my car to the garage this week to have them check out a squeak coming from the suspension somewhere. He informed me that the rear lower arm suspension bushes were worn, and that the whole arm had to be replaced £310 per arm "Jesus".

 

So my question is do I need to replace the whole arm or can I replace the bushes only and where to buy parts, I don't like my garage much maybe that's because every time I see him he takes lots of money out my thinning wallet.

ive just bought suspension bushes and bolts from nissan, they are expensive but zmanalex will provide alot cheaper, i paid 13quid a bush and 11 quid a bolt plus vat

wonder If I can answer this thread, What are has the worn out bush? there are 3 lower arms fitted on a 350Z?

 

The most common part to cause noise on a 350z is drop links , the stock ones are very common to cause squeaking.
