How has this chap done this mod on his headlights

The headlights and the running lights at the bottom look great.

the side lights have holes driled in the back and led's bonded into them.

 

the headlights are split open and the internals painted and led's installed into them etc.

He's also fitted eyebrows to cover the part of the lamp next to the bonnet

and they are post 06 headlights for starters
