cantaffordaGTR Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 As pasrt of my job I have to monitor advertising complaints - can get quite boring but there are occasional gems. A flyer for a nighclub (promoting dyslexia awarenes) was complained about because it had a jok on it..... Two dyslexic chefs walk into the kitchen, one says "can you smell gas" the other says "I can't even smell my own name" Quote

cantaffordaGTR Posted August 10, 2010 Author Posted August 10, 2010 http://asa.org.uk/Complaints-and-ASA-ac ... 48366.aspx It's usually the defences people put back to the ASA that make me laugh as they are sometines writen by marketing types that are not used to hearing 'no'. In this case it was the flyer itself that made me chuckle. Quote
