350ZORRO Posted September 15, 2006 Posted September 15, 2006 Hi guys and girls. I have had my 350z (import) for 2 weeks . Its nice to have own a proper car. I`ve wanted a Z since they were released. I used to (4 my sins) own a 2003 saxo vtr which I spent over 5K modifying. I sold it when I turned 25 and got a resonable quote to insure a Z. So here I am. Hello [/img] Quote
Emperor Ming Posted September 15, 2006 Posted September 15, 2006 Hi Mate Welcome to the mad house. Ride the insults and enjoy the banter. Enjoy the car and KEEP THE TRACTION CONTROL ON. Well at least in the rain. Ming the mad Quote

Stew Posted September 16, 2006 Posted September 16, 2006 I too was a Saxo VTR owner. Mine was modified too. I saw the light when I was 20 and bought a Lexus IS. Maybe a bit family man but it got me the RWD practice in before I bought the Z! Quote
H5 Posted September 16, 2006 Posted September 16, 2006 Welcome. Enjoy the car, as has been said keep the traction control on in the wet, and stert getting used to people staring! Quote

Trev-the-Rev Posted September 16, 2006 Posted September 16, 2006 Enjoy the car, enjoy the banter and a good choice of colour. Quote
Sarnie Posted September 16, 2006 Posted September 16, 2006 matey!!! Nice zed You need an stubby aerial though which you can get here: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HONDA-S2000-CAR-A ... dZViewItem Quote
Traktion Posted September 16, 2006 Posted September 16, 2006 Welcome and enjoy the Zed! I had a Primera as a curtesy car a while back and forgot how much difference a FWD car feels. I pulled out onto the road, booted the throttle and was confronted with a combination or torque and understeer and started heading towards the opposite side of the road , instead of a nice straightening of the rear and decent acceleration! RWD is definitely much more fun! Quote
Liam's Z Posted September 16, 2006 Posted September 16, 2006 Welcome to the mad house Got any more pics mate, some without just the primer??? Quote
