srobrien Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 Hi does anyone know any couriers that will accept a bonnet? The package is 160cm long which is (10cm) too big for parcel force (non account holder). R Quote
martinmac Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 I hope you have better luck than I did Ross. The one I bought was damaged. Have you asked one of the traders. Quote
srobrien Posted May 10, 2010 Author Posted May 10, 2010 I received mine via TNT if that helps Hmmm they seem to want £370 for delivery Quote
Chilli Red Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 Mail Boxes, on most high street http://www.mbe.co.uk/ , do large box collection, but this is becoming a BIG problem for us traders as most couriers volumise laods now and bodykits are really expensive to move around as you have seen. If you use a courier make sure you reinforce it well, they do have a tendancy to stand on bonnets If you need any help, I will try and arrange it for you. Sarah Quote

martinmac Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 One other point Ross, take pictures of all the packing as you add it. Use loads. Hopefully you will never need it. Quote
UNABASHED Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 careful with City Link - they can be a little heavy handed lots and lots of pictures before, during and after you have packed it. Quote
