Zugara
Thanks to all your help in solving my creaking car. viewtopic.php?f=9&t=35991 I have since been busy trying to locate and sort it out. All your suggestions were undertaken with no avail. I jacked the car up and lubed the drop links and all the suspension mounts etc.... no avail. Lubed all rubber door seals. Nagh... Getting really annoyed now. Anyway cut a long story short, it turned out the be the small rubber door buffer pad....... put some silicon spray in it and hey presto creaking gone. Neilp
Try hating rattles and then throwing a k1 in the works. that must be like chinese water torture Lol it's worse, I've tried everything to quieten it except dynamat. But I don't think anything will solve it. From outside you can feel the ground vibrating when the cars idleing. At a certain frequency every bit of trim in the car buzzes, torture doesn't even come close.

Had the same problem with a creak coming from the back of my Z. It went away for a while after opening and closing the rear hatch. Turned out to be the two rubber bump stops where they were fixed to the hatch. I tried silicon spray, but after a while that dried out. I finally fixed it by using silicon grease which lasts much longer. S.

Seems all quiet now and have regained my confidence in the car. Once again thanks for all your help
Walbertonio
Good to hear you got it sorted; I'm currently wrestling with a similar creak from the passenger rear area, still not nailed it down yet!
