token Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Hi all I am wanting to purchase a 350Z on a '56' plate registered in Sept 2006. How do I tell if it is the more powerful 300bhp version or the normal 276bhp engine? Thanks! Quote
martinmac Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 This is a link to the MY06 model differences. viewtopic.php?f=17&t=4202 Quote

yokomo Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 higher redline tends to give it away too ! 296bhps aka rev ups have a 7k redline 276 6.5k. Quote
token Posted March 2, 2010 Author Posted March 2, 2010 Would you say this was a good deal? £14,500 for a 2006 '56' 350Z GT Twilight Grey Alezan Orange Leather Sat Nav 28,000 miles From a Nissan dealer so it will be serviced, MOTd, and 1 year warranty. Quote
token Posted March 2, 2010 Author Posted March 2, 2010 I don't have a link because it has only just come in. Its not advertised as such. Quote

Look here http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=32929 Seems reasonable to me. Have a look through pistonheads to see what they go for, all rather depends on if its the facelift model or not... Obviously if I was you I wouldn't go to a dealer I would buy from someone on here, preferably a low mileage 54 reg in Azure blue, and save yourself a load of cash Quote
Chris`I Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Also be careful of the Alezan leather, its prone to wearing if not looked after carefully. Make sure you inspect it for damage before proceeding and dont take the dealers word for it, I made that mistake Quote
Digsy Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Twiglet Grey was a MY07 (313 PS) colour, so it will be plain old Gunmetal. Quote

token Posted March 2, 2010 Author Posted March 2, 2010 I don't think I'll go for it. Its not a spectacular deal, its just normal. Still have my mind on a 987 Porsche Boxster 3.2 but they are about £6k more and probably don't do anything better than the Zed. Quote

BulletMagnet Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Twilight Grey? does that mean it will come with vampire and werewolf graphics as standard? Quote
