SunGodRA Posted February 26, 2010 Posted February 26, 2010 Since having my spacers fitted I have noticed the gap between my rear wheel arch and wheel is a lot lower on the nearside than the offside - by almost an inch. I have looked at the springs and they don't appear damaged - they are both the same bore and both red colour coded. Is it possible for a spring to become 'weakened'? What else could be the cause of this? Quote
3FIDDYZ Posted February 26, 2010 Posted February 26, 2010 Yeh sounds like it. I think I have a spare rear at home. Dan and I are doing some bits tomorrow so if you want to come over to Redhill you could swap it out? Untill you find a replacement pair. Mark Quote

David Edit: oops - I could have sworn I pressed the pm button then Quote

Good to meet you Dave and glad we could have been of assistance! How was the drive back with the ECU reset? Heard you giving it a little test The car definitely felt as if it had a bit more 'poke' and the cornering was soooo much better after replacing that shock. I went back the way you said, got to the Shell garage but couldn't find the tracking place - so I will get it done locally soon. Thanks again matey Quote
