:scare: don't risk it - sometimes you'll get on ok but the drop off might be deeper or the suspension squash will cause the car top bottom out on the KERB

 I was convinced that it was Kerb as well ( with possibly Curb being American !? )

I've parked at my local Tesco once or twice nose in to a kerb.

If I'd gone any further forward, I would have scraped that lower plastic shroud under the front lip.

And that was on a fairly small to normal size kerb, don't risk it chaps.

Don't think there is such a thing as a "standard" kerb. If it looks a bit big then I wouldn't want to risk it personally.

Correct  (well nearly) ... kerbs have a water line at 100 mm below the top, but the blacktop is often finished below the water line to get a gradient to aid the flow of surface run-off
