AUX Input Into Standard Bose Radio?

Is there a guide anywhere to modify the Bose radio to take an input from a 3.5mm Jack style lead? Can anything be wired into the back?

Tried one of those tapes with a wire into the Ipod and its absolutely crap.

Thanks

I had a tape thing for my ipod and it was a million times better quality than an FM Transmitter.

I think it must be down the tape device, yours must be a cheap one.

Here is a guide though:-

I thought the tape should have been better, it was a £20 one from currys too! Maybe I need to run a tape cleaner first as its probably never been used.

I used that and it was very easy - easier than the lengthy instructions might imply.

Hint, get a Phillips screwdriver 6 inches long or more and if it has a magnetic end, so much the better. That really helps when putting the centre console back together.
