N1SM0350z Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 Washed, Polished the outside and cleaned the inside on saturday was in showroom condition (apart from the two dinks in the rear quaters one either side ) , went to get into it this morning and there was a nice fresh bird SH*T down the side!! stupid animals! Just thought I'd share my feelings on this anyone else have these problems! Quote
Hamster Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 tis nothing a shotgun wouldn't resolve he he I find they seem to target the clean cars... :boxing: Quote
N1SM0350z Posted February 23, 2009 Author Posted February 23, 2009 sounds like a plan! yeh.. one of the buggers kept trying to climb up my brothers nice clean bonnet! he was not pleased! a tennis ball was used... Quote
Shuck Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 I had exactly the same problem. Gave the girlfriends car the 3 step Meguiars process, back to black all the plastic trim and paid particular attention to the scratches near the door handles. Took me about 3 and a half hours, then washed the Zed so all in took me about 5 hours on sunday. Sunday night (about 2 hours later) some bird dropped its guts all over the top of both cars. One was parked on the drive, the other out the front of the house! Anyone know of someone selling an anti aircraft gun? All I could find on ebay is this pathetic example! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VINTAGE-BRITAINS- ... 240%3A1318 Quote
N1SM0350z Posted February 23, 2009 Author Posted February 23, 2009 We need some of those James Bond style guns that pop up and shoot automatically! I was less than impressed this morning. Quote
Stew Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 Happens all the time to me. You just have to get on with it. It the car is ncely protected then a quick rinse with the hose and a spot of quick detailer will sort it out. Quote
Shuck Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 I just usually give it a quick squirt with the quick detailer (leave for 30 seconds) and a wipe off with a piece of kitchen towel. Quote

N1SM0350z Posted February 23, 2009 Author Posted February 23, 2009 Went home for lunch and found out that the bird that was climbing over my brothers car is now attacking my mums car and flying into the dinning room windows! Quote
