Spotted on the way to and from the Hoon

2/9 - G/M OY54 KYP - on the A417 north out of Cirencester at about 11.30.

2/9 - Sunset on house forecourt, east side of Aberyswyth on the A487 at about 17.00.

6 & 7/9 - Loads of ZEDS :teeth: and one blue Azure coupe going in the opposite direction to the Hoon convoy - did anyone get a :bye: or was he just shell-shocked to find his ZED was not the only one in Scotland?

10/9 - AK350Z on Waverley Bridge in Edinburgh around 11.00.

12/9 - Temper Orange on the on A3 at Tolworth - London bound around 18.00.

Just 5 ZEDS in 2200 miles, apart from the 11 others on the Hoon itself - the rarity value still amazes B) although a 10 year old in Devizes knew what it was as he asked to take some photos of mine and was sizing up whether he could afford one in 8 years time ;)

You enjoy the route to Edinburgh Colin?

I laughed when you text me about the Grantown of Spey road as I had just turned on to it!

2200 miles just goes to show some people enjoy their zed more than some ,i did 1150 miles over the weekend but only do around 6000 miles a year normally.

max.

I did about 850 over the weekend, did 1200 in highlands in March and 1000 for wales. I do about 4-5k a year!

Shows the type of driving it does.

How did you enjoy Edinburgh then Colin?? Weather was great was'nt it? :yahoo:

We stopped off and had a bite at Harvey Nics - outside, spend some time in the gardens near Princess street, ice cream then home to rain! :surrender:

Really missing Scotland............

Enjoyed Ed - but only saw a limited amount in the 2 days/3 nights we were there - one of the highlights for us was a meal in the Dome..........great food and service and the inside of this ex-bank building was truly spectacular. Will be doing a write-up on the trip to include more about Ed in due course - have to catch up on some work first though.
