What twin turbo kit would you recommend?

I would like to be running near 400bhp if possible, dont want the hassle of changing internals and Low boost too

PE all the way if you want around 400bhp, unless you're gonna want to increase power later on then get APS. Seems to be a favorite and that's only my opinion. Loads in FI section.

If you do not change the internals then you will have to run low boost and low torque.

I'd be leaning towards the PE kit as Chris suggests. Give Envy a call, they've been running one successfully for a while now

Because you are not gonna mess with the internals and break the magic 400 horses. Have you thought about a supercharger instead. It makes for a much cheaper install and when you come to sell the car is much easier to remove and put your car back to stock.

 

You could get up to 75% of your money back for the supercharger on forums like these. People dont like buying 2nd hand turbos though.
