What is this part?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows the part number I have marked with a pink arrow with the white and green markings, and if so the part number to replace.

Also looking for the W brace which has rusted out.

 

Any advice is also welcome.

Not sure of the part number, however I do have a cable in stock off a 10,000 mile 370.
