Extremely positive write-up for the 350Z, adding "it might not be long before casual enthusiasts are priced out of the market for it".  Also says £10.5k is 'justified' for a good low-mileage HR.

 

When the 350Z originally came out the journos really rated it, then in the interim it seems to have suffered a bit in reputation, so it's nice to see those same publications coming back now just to re-iterate how good they are :-)

Great to see the car they pictured was in the best colour too.

I would be delighted to receive £10.5K for my 46K miles Temper Orange HR : )

To be honest the power figures are quoted all over the internet incorrectly. 

 

Price guide is a bit optimistic but otherwise a decent enough very high level write up with the odd nugget, hardly a buyers guide, but worth a look!

Because Nissan decided to mention PS as well as HP when advertising the damn things in the first place.

Agreed, however as many manufactures do. I think initially manufactures quoted in bhp till then later PS following the trend.

276bhp - 300ps - 313ps. Still better than down under where they state in kW

The same sort of info on the clutch when I was looking at buying one.... clutch goes around 40K or so miles....... (yeah if your an idiot with it).  I know a few owners/previous owners and none have went near that.  I used to take mine each year to the drag strip (like a big child), done many runs and owned it for over 5 years and at 103K miles the clutch was still bang on. lol There fairly strong as long as your not silly with them. 

 

I suspect however most 50's are now rusting away underneath now though lol (Mines had some fairly major work before it left me)
