I asked about this during Winter as mine wasn't enthusiastic about opening, cured again though after the temp rose above the 7deg sort of area, common issue they don't like opening when it's cold. Anyway, I was told nobody services roofs as such. Probably best to create a thread in the techy sort of area to describe the issue Quote
