This has been used in a JDM 350z (2004) Comes with everything you see in the pictures. Includes the 350z DE frame, adaptor and mic. Hi, Yes it comes with the adaptor for the steering wheel controls. I got them from InCarTec. Not really wanting to take any less as the head unit is worth this price without the adaptor and surround.
