Guest Posted January 9, 2017 Share Posted January 9, 2017 Hey all My fuel door isn't flush with the bodywork, the plastic seems to be fairly flimsy and has flattened out slightly over time rather than maintaining the same curvature as the panels. Has anybody else had this problem? Anybody aware of an aftermarket solution to fix it rather than buying an OEM flimsy replacement? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Firkindolloper Posted January 9, 2017 Share Posted January 9, 2017 I have had 3 zeds and they all had the same problem. I usually twist mine till it is flush. When I fill up again it usually goes back to the warped position. If there is a sensible fix then that would be bonzer.
