Guest Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 Hey all My fuel door isn't flush with the bodywork, the plastic seems to be fairly flimsy and has flattened out slightly over time rather than maintaining the same curvature as the panels. Has anybody else had this problem? Anybody aware of an aftermarket solution to fix it rather than buying an OEM flimsy replacement? Quote

Firkindolloper Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 I have had 3 zeds and they all had the same problem. I usually twist mine till it is flush. veilside z Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 Apply gentle heat with a heat gun not to close to the paintwork and reshape whilst warm to perfection. This is if loosening the screws to adjust doesn't suffice. B) Quote
