17'' Wheels over Brembo Calipers/Discs??

Hi

 

Have a set of non Brembo brakes on my Z and one of them is sticking.

 

Looking at upgrading to Brembo discs and calipers and wondering if anyone knows if my 17'' wheels will work over them or rays are requirred and any other advice would be great please?

OEM 17's? Doubt it to be honest, but if you decided to fit a set of spacers, that'd be cheaper than buying Ray's, however the Rays would look indefinitely better.

Yes they are oem 17.

Wondered if anyone had actually tried to do this with oem 17?

I previously dismantled a 350 and a G35 Skyline, both on oem 17" with Brembos, but I can not remember if they had spacers fitted.

 

However, Rays and Brembo calipers and discs in stock if you decide to go that route.

i had 17" AME tracers on my Z for a few months some years back was close but fine

Yes, OEM 17 inch fitted to mine for winter.

 

Some JDM models are fitted with smaller brakes. My car was originally, but I got the brakes swapped over to Brembo before it left Japan.

 

I do however have 20mm spacers fitted which came with the car, which will alter the distance to the spokes, but the Brembo brakes do clear the rims.

 

Tyre sizes:

 

 

 

Front: 225/50R17 94W

Rear: 235/50R17 06W
