photo upload problems

Hi all,

 

Been on the forum a little while now and still having problems uploading photos. Ive uploaded pictures to photobucket which were taken on my android phone but still i cant crack it. I cant even upload a profile picture using a url from photobucket as it says the file is to large, im right out of ideas on how on earth i do this lol! Quite annoying as i have something i want to post up for sale but cannot upload pics.

 

Any info would be gratetully recieved. Chris

yes there is and i have it but still no joy, would the photo show if i just pasted the url into the comments do you know?

It might, but PB gives you a specific link to a forum-friendly link.

the only ones im seeing is the urls to copy which are beside the photos

You have a mixture of links there dude. All you need is the one that ends jpg, and that's it.

 

However, you'll need to shrink it for use as an avatar first, on a PC preferably.

Personally, I find it easier click on "Direct" on the PB picture options that says copied and then use green "image' box on here and paste in the URL and....

Any reason you're using Photobucket?

 

I can't stand it and would strongly suggest imgur.

 

 

As for posting images on here, you can just do the following:

- right click the image

- select "copy image" (on Chrome)

- paste the image directly into your reply (ctrl + v)

- you should see it immediately
