alignment needs checking??

Just fitted new wheels and tyres mpss all round in sizes 255/30/19 f and 295/30/19 r.My question is what is good base setting to go with for daily and a bit of fast road work now and then. Any help is welcome

OEM. Just go to the alignment place and ask them for the nissan settings. Unless you have a camber kit fitted you are pretty much stuck with that.

Sorry, not true. There's plenty of adjustment in the OEM setup, and unless you particularly like understeer then there's no need to go with an OEM geo.

 

Teejay, go to somewhere and speak to them about how you like your car to handle. There's no such thing as a single fast road setup that works for everyone, and a good technician should be able to sort the handling out so the car feels right *for you*.

Only had the zed a few months so not sure about setup .So was thinking would a slight understeer/oversteer or a neutral setup be better/ easier to drive to start with

Wow, that is low profiles you are using when the OEM sizing is 40 front and 35 rear.......and fatties too. What rims you using?

You can get those on stock rims , you can fit up to a 305 on the back which is popular in the US , a 255/35/19 would have been a better choice for the front though as its closer in rolling radius to the stock 245/40/19

the wheels are Works from japland severn week wait for them to arrive f/9.5 r/10.5 and with these size tyres there is just the right fit/tight but no rubbing and no spacers which is what I wanted as im no fan of spacers so for me they are perfect

my mistake just spotted the fronts are 255/35/19 and not as stated 30 so Richf is quite right
