Zed cutting out at speed

i have had it a few times recently when putting into neutral at speed like coming up to a junction or lights the car will just cut out, seems to fire up straight away afterwards

 

anyone experienced this?

kinda of i have had it at 60mph and just put it into neutral and still cut out

I'd suspect a failure of the throttle body, do a reset and try that.

Well, that's stuffed that. I'd still try a TB reset.

90% sure issue is intake ppipe not sealing inside the silicone hose very well after the Maf

just an update for anyone who gets the problem and searches in the future, the jubilee clip on the intake had backed off and was allowing a small air leak between the silicone hose and hard pipe of the intake
