  1. Lol 2k miles madness! It would need to be something special for sure! Seems a shame, it's a massive diesel culture over here, any high powered petrol cars tend to sit a bit longer. If I had a diesel bora there would be people knocking my door down to buy it first
  2. Genuine question lads, does coming to Northern Ireland for a car really put mainlanders off? I've have 3 or 4 people very interested until the point they realise the car is over here. I've been over several times for cars in England, Scotland and Wales and I don't think people here would think twice about doing it. Nothing apart from a quick flight and ferry home doesn't sort. Obviously the homework needs to be a little more rigorous than usual but it hasn't been a problem in the past

  5. For £500 I probably wouldn't give up just yet, thats near 20% of the cars value. If its sensor 1 surely that needs changed and is throwing your fuel mapping off, sensor 2 I wouldn't worry about just yet
  6. I'd have thought the button was enough. I assume if there was any added benefit it would only be on the track. I remember driving a s14 with a welded diff and going round tight corners/coming out of junctions was a nightmare. I wouldn't want it on a daily
  7. Nissan 350z GT 2006 facelift in Chilli Red low mileage I have my gorgeous 350z for sale, it’s time to move up to the GTR so please no P/X offers for anything else. I have owned this car twice in it’s lifetime which I think is a statement to how loved it has been. I first owned it from approximately 11k miles and sold it at 27k miles. It was always the one car that I missed and when it came up for sale again a couple of years later I had to have it back for a while longer. I bought it back on 42k and it currently sits on just under 51k miles. Needless to say very low mileage for its age. It is treated like a baby and wants for nothing with no expense spared. All of the modifcations have been done by me so I know the car inside out. The spec: 296 bhp as standard 50902 miles (may go up from daily use) 2 Keys plus valet key Full service history Full GT Spec – Brembo brakes, leather seats, cruise control Factory fitted Nismo V1 kit- An expensive option from the factory and includes front bumper, side skirts, rear spats and rear spoiler. The front bumper has been upgraded to the V2 Nismo bumper which looks fantastic Berks HFC’s not long fitted, approximately 5k miles ago (standard cats available) Miltek Y pipe fitted at the same time 5k miles ago Genuine Nismo exhaust stamped with the weldina placque, very hard to find and in great condition. Sounds absolutely unreal. It was fitted to the car when I had it initially, something around 19k miles from memory Genuine BMW style 95s- These are a staggered set of 19s, stamped BMW and Borbet on the back and very hard to get a hold of in genuine form. These are fitted with 20mm adapter spacers. Changes the Nissan fitment to the BMW fitment and the concave looks great on the car. Refurbed not long ago so in great condition XYZ coilovers fully adjustable for both height and rebound- Easily the best coilovers I have ever used, much better than the kw v3s, gaz, spax etc that I have experience with. The car is setup with a standard feel at a height that gives no rubbing at all and gets you over the speedramps and potholes with no issue. Pioneer double din DVD player. Paited with the Incartec leads to allow the steering wheel controls to remain functional, Iphone 7 lead fitted into the middle cubby area. It also has Bluetooth telephone functionality, the standard radio is available as is the standard Bluetooth setup. LED sidelight bulbs- colour matches the Xenons perfectly De-wipered rear Carbon fibre bonnet struts Optional rear boot mat The internal door handles have been wrapped in 3m di-noc carbon fibre. All 350z’s suffer from scratches in these areas and this was a perfect solution for that In the last 7k miles I have carried out the following service items for peace of mind: -Oil and filter change -Spark plugs changed -Both belts changed -HKS panel filter upgrade -Gearbox oil change using genuine Nissan fluid -Rear diff oil changed using Nissan fluid -Front and rear pads Receipts available for almost everything I have done The car is in very good condition both inside and out, as with all cars there are some stone chips but the front bumper has been recently resprayed so these should be at a minimum. You can find my build threads on the likes of RMS Motoring, 350z-uk etc where you can all of the work that I have carried out. Photobucket may have ruined a lot of the photos but feel free to ask for any you would like to see. Additional photos available no problem. Car is located just outside Belfast. Close to both airports and ferry ports The price is £8850, no silly offers please. If it doesn’t sell for something I’m happy with I am more than happy to keep and enjoy. Well photobucket can suck a d*ck, it's only when you look through your threads that you realise how many photos are ruined So the reason I bought this back was to free up some cash from the Bmw and Clio to buy a house back in November. Finally got round to sorting my garage recently and now with the summer off I got time today to change the gearbox and diff oil. Was considerably cheaper going to Nissan for the right stuff rather than get genuine oils elsewhere, just shows it pays to check before ordering. That's it completely serviced up now thankfully. It's great having it back and it was spot on over the winter. Such a hoot to drive and sounds unreal. I think after I get a couple of bits and pieces tidied up that will be its days numbered. It's time to go back to back to boost. Here's a reminder what it still looks like seeing as we can't see anymore. Would be nice to make it to a cars and coffee or meet in it before the summer ends
  10. As the title says here I have a pair of brand new rear turbogroove discs. Part number GD7123 I was running this setup after some great reviews on here, it was @GMballistic running the he setup that put me this direction initially. Works great with ds2500 pads These are a spare rear set I had, brembo fitment. cheapest I can see online is £200, I'm asking £140 Box has seen better days from storage but discs are spot on. I can post at a cost no problem, located in Northern Ireland

  15. Wash your mouth out Veilside never going black wheels and handles, every red owner seems to go that route. Silver is much fresher BMW is sold and that's the z out officially on work horse duty, had it out tonight for the first time in 6 months. Just fitted the berks HFC's and a milltek Y pipe, i'm not sold on the hfs's. It almost takes away from the Nismo's character sound, but we'll see in a couple of k and if it's still a little raspy i'll put the standard cats back in Don't know if i've been spoilt by fast cars since owning it last but it just doesn't feel quick at all, thats why I sold it the first time but I can't tell if its as slow as always or something wrong slow. Maybe a rolling road to make sure everything is ok. Ran well out on a run though, and by god does it look good in a car park

  17. That looks decent, what's the thickness like? And 50 for all 3, thats a bargain!
  18. Check the temp of the discs for differences on each side, could well be a sticking caliper and you're just ruining new discs as soon as they are put in
  19. Well I've been chipping away at little things on the z while I wait for the bmw to sell. Left the wheels up to Cobra customs after some decent reviews and I have to admit, they came out absolutely fantastic, cast your eyes back to the one that was especially caked on with brake dust and absolutely nothing was shifting it Did the oil and filter change and while it was up I may as well have done the belts, look how bad one of them was! Ticking time bomb no doubt Changed the side light bulbs to LEDs left over from xenons I had in the garage from way back to the clio 182 days, looks much better and in no way blue like the camera picks up, matches the xenons well With upgrades on the mind it was time to update the sound system and went for some pioneer goodies finished with a double din, no such luck any of the owners in between me might have upgraded it for me lol, but glad I did it in the end Berks hi flow cats to go in as soon as I pick up a new y pipe, stuff getting underneath and doing it all twice. No doubt i'll be grinding off most of the bolts anyway and the braces could do with coming off, a dip and a paint too Finally the bumper got sent to WJ blair to get repainted, the scrapes and cracks fixed and the holes from fitment of the canards, glad I opted to shave them off, I think it suits it much better Needs a serious clean and the side skirt ends painted from stone chips, roll on the bmw selling so I can get it out
