Serving Info - What Oil and Plugs

Ok guys Iv been looking and can't seem to find it but I know it'll be here somewhere....

 

Going to service the 350 what's the best oil for it? And what's the best spark Plugs for her?

 

Need to know ASAP please guys

5W30 and whatever plugs Cougar Store, Clark Motorsport or Torqen sell you, they're the best lol

Any 5w30 semi or fully synth oil will be fine, and NGKPLFR5A-11 plugs are the cheapest, but will need to be changed 6 to 10K mls, if you want to leave it longer then the platinum or iridium equivalent with last up to 60k mls.

Definitely buy the Iridium or platinum because it's an absolute pig of a job to do!

Why is it a pig of a job? changed mine in 15 minutes.

did mine myself for the first time and going slow, each bank took 25mins - not a hard job at all tbf.

Not hard, it's a pig. All those wires and bolts needing undone and losing a bit of skin off the knuckles lol.
