Not sure if it is right place,

But does anyone know any 409 cleaning products and oil spray for cleaning the air filter?

Mine is pop charger filter.

Bin it, get a new one. Sure, you can clean it with pretty much any oil for air filters, but you still run the risk of overoiling and destroying your MAF. For the £50 or whatever to spend every couple of years to replace the air filter, personally I wouldn't take the risk.

The whole point for me is that reusable filters are reusable , follow the instructions for cleaning and re-oiling and they are fine

The K&N cleaner and oil will work fine

Ive used recleaned/oiled cone filters for years on my previous MAF'd motor *Nissan Almera GTi without issue. Warm soapy water in a bucket, dunk the filter and clean, shake well once happy all dirt is removed and allow filter to dry naturally - light mist of air filter oil/spray and reuse filter. At the very worst, a clean of the MAF sensor a few hundred miles later to keep the engine running sweat is all you'll need.

Get a bottle of Surfex HD:

Poor a little bit into some warm water (just enough water to cover the filter), leave it to soak for a few mins and agitate it with your hands.

It'll come up completely clean, and just let it dry out properly. Then do whatever it is you need to do regarding the oil.
