Air bag warning light flashing.....

Anyway the airbag light came on before, iv done a reset (peddle dance) and it's still not working and the light is still on....

Thinking its a sencer has anyone ant ideas or is it a plug in job?

Have you been messing about with the seats? I use the ignition reset method , works every time.

The pedal dance doesn't reset the airbag light; it resets the CEL. Before you reset the light, it might be a good idea to find out why it's flashing in the first place.

Try pulling the airbag connector underneath the passenger side blowing it a little incase any dust in there (I found it a b**ch to get to) then do the pedal dance. That fixed mine, mine got knocked when a bottle of Coke rolled underneath there

Check there's NOTHING under your seat that shouldn't be there. IE empty cans of Red Bull.

 

Then reset with the ignition technique.

Mine has started coming up every week or so now its doing my head in, I just use the ignition reset every time

Just done the ignition Reset and it seems to of gone, just going to wait and see if it comes back...

I had this problem on mine. It turned out to be a bad connection in the plug under the passenger seat for the side airbag. With the ignition off, I simply cut out the plug and reconnected the wires using heat shrink butt connectors. I reset using a computer. Havnt had the problem since :-)
