My father got one once when I was very young but he said never again after all the mess the needles left. Maybe he didn't water his enough though. Never had a fake one and never will Don't even like the "non needle drop" type you can get. They don't smell right Ours very rarely drops. We got this container years ago that looks like a bucket with wide support legs Hold about 10 litres of water.
