  1. The standard car is very quiet but with our new custom exhaust it sound stunning. The car was run in over in japan and went back to the HPC for its first service and software updates so all ready for action, seen 175 mph already at a local airbase on sunday, boy does it get there fast. Wheres the local airbase? Is it an organised event? Do you think you could get to top speed in a Zed? Can't wait to see the GTR
  2. +1. I don't usually watch the F1 but that was brilliant!

  4. Sarnie's internet proxy is in Poland more like! Well done everyone..
  5. http://www.nytimes.com/2008/10/30/autom ... ref=slogin Just thought it may be of interest to someone. Getting my iphone 3g soon so will give it a try then!
  6. I the rear of that V3! Bet you could put a nice loud single exhaust on that too!
  7. When you tick yes to is your car modified you should get an extra scree that comes up when you click next. Then on mine I get a list of tick boxes. Thats where I chose spoiler, bumpers etc instead of bodykit. EDIT: Oh yeah.. one more thing, bell kill you if you choose monthly instalments!
  8. How many years have you been driving? Im 23 in January with 0NCB and mine is £2625 with bell so I think £1350 is pretty damn good! The great thing about bell is that you can 'tweak' it online.. for example, instead of having bodykit as a mod, its cheaper to have front bumper, sideskirts and rear bumper ticked! that is a massive difference. i've been driving for 5 years. and the policy has me as main driver and then my dad and my mum. i'll give the bodykit trick a try see if it does anyhting. thanks mate. still cant believe how similar we are but with massively diferent quotes. The difference is you have been driving for 4 years more than me
  9. I think you've joined for the right reason.. I wish I had joined this forum before buying my previous Zed as I would have known what to look for! Who knows.. you may be driving a Zed sooner than you think. I had a 206 when i passed my test a year and a bit ago and while I was looking for a 206 Gti 180 on autotrader I came across the Fairlady for the same money! I was actually quite surprised how many younger owners (early 20's) there are out there!
  10. Well I'd only go for one day as I found last year I was absolutely knackered by the end of the day (and because I'm tight to pay for 2 days worth of petrol ) but there's no reason you can't do two and have people join in on the Sunday!

  12. Voted! Thanks for all of the effort you have put into this martin!
  13. Really cool cars! I like the plates Phil.. works really well on the JDM plate!
  14. NUMBER 34 My entry And yes.. it will be mine by Saturday! EDIT: Changed my mind on the pic!
  15. +3 I have also worked with them when I was installing Air Con units into the new terminal 5 AT Heath Row and they are the most professional & hard working guys I have ever met. Not to mention what they have done for our country! This Country is an absolute disgrace!
  16. True.. they are the worst! But hey.. its one step closer!
  17. Hi Andy.. welcome! V. Nice Zed.. Love the carbon numberplate surround.. never seen one of those before!
  18. +1 I've always said to stick it on He's scared it'll damage the paint.... Well cant really blame him I guess! Whether it is the plate or the holder the affected area is covered so what's the big deal that was exactly what I was thinking - it'll always have something over it anyway. And Sarnie, can you show us a picture, we don't know what you mean.
  19. So you'll be able to pick me up from the train station in style? (Fri 31st hopefully) Exhaust looks mean! Is all the CF undertray stock?
  20. But dont get me wrong Paul - I hope you do sell the whole thing as one -as I do like the OEM look!
  21. To be brutally honest, what is Paul going to do with the bits he has left?! He'd be better off selling the whole lot as a working system. Yeah - I did think that. But I doubt paul will be able to sell the whole system. The DVD drives are like gold dust but I doubt anybody would really want to wire the whole thing In and then install the screen & DVD drive too. Its a lot easier (and probably better) to just buy a double dinn headunit with GPS built in!
  22. PM replied! See if P15UL T will sell you the drive, DVD and button panel. You dont need the screen nor wiring harness as they are exactly the same in the JDM
