Ok can I get a wee bit off guidance. Im looking to get new tyres for the Z and want to know what ones would be best ? Also what is the best way of buying them, i have found a website that sends them out to you at very good prices, then you get them fitted? is this wise or has anybody got a view? Cheers

ahhhhh I just bought my 350z justifying it all by saying that if I keep the miles down (only a weekend car) the re-sale value would be good........this throws a rather large wrench into that plan:rant:

Got me a diesel beast for the long runs up to work through the weekdays, and then the Z for weekend pleasure Makes sense I clock up 10000 miles just driving to and from work alone the cost and affect on value are not worth it for the Z I do shed a wee tear everytime I leave her sitting at home though:blush:

Let me add another newbie question to this topic.....What exactly does the pop charger do?? and I had no idea about the difference in the two so cheers dcash5

If not then I nice drive it is then:) cheers everybody again, took it out for a wee drive tonight and it all seems fine - even in heavy thunder storms. After a drive and some braking the yellow discs are no more, really must have been the way the car was sitting last night...... must stop worrying so much

There was many a roundabout carefully approached yesterday Come to think about it the wind was crashing onto the right side of the car when i parked her up, which may explain anything to do with one side cooling faster than the other?!?!? Must admit, turned the traction control off once and went in circles.... not to keen to try it again without lots and lots of room....first rear wheel drive car, must become one with it....any tips

Taking it out for a spin now will see what result it will bring

Hello Everybody, just got my 07 350Z and i think i have damaged some facial muscles However, in my newbie and over protective emotional state I am concerned today about a strange yellow covering that has coated all off my right hand disc brakes, but not the left hand side ones (they still gleaming). It dosn't rub off by hand and it was not there at all yesterday??? I must admit that yesterday was spent testing the cars.....limits?!?! but why has this happened or what is it?? Thanks
