  2. Yeh saw that one, would be ideal although I don't really wanna be paying that much for one I guess a Nismo is out of the question then
  3. gotta be cheap as well! ...and sounding
  4. Wow that's beautiful. Gotta get me one of those. Think I'll go for that and the Nismo skirts and front bumper.
  5. Some niiice shots there, truly wonderful place, I had a little excursion up to the lakes recently, loved it. A few shots, we took a trip from Ulverston, up to lake Windermere / Thirlmere and then on to Keswick for a day. I'd like to tour some more of the lakes when I get the opportunity. Windermere: Thirlmere: The Moon:
  6. No mine isn't a convertible, although we did park in the center of keswick... after about half an hour of space watching I did however see a silver convertible zed heading in the opposite direction. On saturday, on the A590 i think it was.
  7. I was in a gunmetal grey, I waved at you and you flashed your lights hi
  8. Wow I was in Keswick on Saturday I didn't realise you were from the lakes martin. Me and the missus went to the motor car museum in the center, it had the delorean out of back to the future, kitt, and also mr beans mini in there ... was a good day out. Will have to get a meet going in the lakes there certainly are some great driving roads, we stayed at a place in Ulverston, and drove around windermere, thirlmere, and a few others places as well. Although the gf doesn't like me driving fast
  9. Many bikers? I ask because we've had a spell of good whether lately and I've finally got mine out from hibernation for a blast, I'm still sporting a grin this big Only thing now is going back to the zed it'll feel uber slow I've currently got my R6, and a trusty old zxr400 which i've been debating making a track bike out of. I'm currently looking for a ktm superduke, preferably the R model. They are the sex
  10. Ah so this is the meet digsy was talking aboot. Will check it out next time
  11. I voted yes as my standards have been lacking as of late.
  12. yeh there is only one of each colour in each house, so if you pic red on the first step, and then house C... it will of course be the only red coloured number in house C. what a con...

    short shifter

only partially true a lower gear knob gives a slight change to the throw because the lever is now shorter. A true short shift kit changes the actual fulcrum point. A proper short shift kit should not increase shifting effort at all....that is strictly due to the install of the shifter. You can even "tune" a stock shifter to go from butter smooth to absolutely impossible we've got our own that we developed over the course of the past 5 months, and I'll be posting details about it shortly! hmm sounds interesting, looking forward to hearing about it
  14. You know when people pick out pictures of zeds which really stand out or are modded and look the part... u never often see many gunmetal's... despite being the best colour
  15. did they have parachutes on? either way... pretty insane.

    short shifter

Yeh I'm just not happy with the gear box. I've previously been driving vx220's and elises which are just a dream compared to the zeds gearbox, theres no immediacy and it might just be mine but its super stiff. i know i shouldnt expect elise performance out of the gearbox but something is wrong.

    short shifter

The amount of times i've missed a gear change or had to fight with the gear box... I'm seriously looking for an after market solution for this, I don't think just a short shifter will remedy how brash the gears are in the zed..
  19. 18 year old buys BMW M5 and posts on the BMW M5 forum asking about jerky gearchanges. Two days later a BMW M5 with occupants aged 18-20 is involved in a fatal crash near the thread starter's location. http://www.m5board.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=111454
