so with ~28mm offset a spacer of 15mm would bring it down to ~13 am i right in saying or not?

so if i was buyng some new rims which were ~28 id need 15mm spacers

iv never been to clued up on offsets do i take it the lower the number the further out from the hub or......? what offsets are the nismo's? and what should i Zed be using
