  1. No problems regarding sourcing parts, or servicing with a Jap import in my experience. Personally, i wouldnt touch any of my local Nissan Dealerships with regards to servicing anyway, but any independant garage worth its salt shouldnt have any problems Nixys pretty much summed up the physical differences between UK and JDM cars and as Nixy says, insurance isnt a problem either. Some say imports are slightly more expensive to insure...i pay a little under £350 a year, fully comp with NCP with A-Plan Just make sure you know what model the car is if youre looking at a JDM....lots are misadvertised as GT equivalent cars (JDM ST Spec) when they are not. If you need any clarification on any potential cars, just up the ad here on the forum and you will recieve plenty of help and advice
  2. Looks like a 'T' with the 17's....leather interior with no Brembos would generally be a T (Touring) An 'S' (Sport) generally has cloth interior, but has Brembos. An 'ST' (Sport/Touring) generally has Brembos and Leather
  3. Yes mate, all of the above Had lots of silly offers and offers with px or straight swaps for stuff like M3s etc, but nothing has taken my fancy
  4. Still could be if youre interested...looks like the sale has fallen through. The guy hasnt been in contact at all since he said he wanted it, no sign of any deposit and wont answer his phone Why do people mess you around?? If you have changed your mind, at least have the common decency to call me, answer your phone or let me know So, STILL FOR SALE !!! Cheers mate
  5. Well, the bonus of traveling for the right car is the drive home Looks like my sale may have fallen through as i havent heard from the buyer or recieved the promised deposit, so it may still be available if you were interested As a rough idea, i had a call from a chap in Glasgow who was interested and a plane ticket from Glasgow to Exeter airport (25miles away from me), where i would have collected him was £50. Fire me a PM if you want to have a chat With regards to where to look, as Stew suggested here, **REMOVED**, Autotrader, Pistonheads and Ebay (classifieds) are the main places i'd search
  6. Cheers Woody Had a call today, provisionally sold pending deposit and full payment
  7. As always Wayne, looks stunning.....best colour too
  8. Lovely looking example, plenty of poke too by the sounds of it I'll be moving onto either an FQ 8 or 9 hopefully in the coming months, once the Zeds sold, more for the practicality than anything else but it should be a fun adventure moving onto AWD after my last 3 cars being RWD
  9. Looking real good there Trev The 6 is looking very tasty too
  10. Give Torque GT in Devon a bell if youre interested in importing, even if its just for a chat to see whats involved in a Personal Import and if its a viable proposition for you. They sourced and supplied my current Zed and my previous Skyline for me and i cant recommened them enough Theres a clickable link to them in my signature Best of luck with your search whichever way you decide to go
