  1. Thats mint!! My stepdad is the local park keeper in Macc, and he was over the moon when i showed him you could see him mowing the bowling greens when google maps first came out! He just looks like a black dot in the middle of a field, but it could only have been him! Am gutted they havent done this new view in Macc yet.
  2. Holy sh1t, thats ace!! No way. How long till this technology is applied to sat nav then? That'll be sweet!

  4. Download the 350z service manual here: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2945 Look in the AT section - lots of useful (if complicated) info in here...
  5. But what my link did say is that the solenoid can break... i would think this could happen at any time... not just while in a certain gear position etc? Not helpful i know but needs considering.
  6. Just googled it... it doesnt sound good... new transmission possibly http://www.justanswer.com/questions/udea-nissan-350z-2004-automatic-sudden

  9. surely his fuel consumption is worse than a ford bronko Air con on or off you will bearly notice a difference bud I've got to disagree... My fuel consumption has been shocking all winter, and i've had my AC on the whole time... was down at 17.2mpg for like 3 months in a row, then i decided to turn my ac off, and my mpg shot up to 23mpg straight away. I kind of tested this a while back as its been brought up before and did'nt notice any real difference for me to think "@*!# better turn that off". Dont know why it'd make a difference but perhaps cos mines a tiptronic its slightly different? Mine was genuinely a day and night difference in terms of economy when switching the AC off...!
  10. 6000k relates to the colour of the light the bulb emits, not its power... as far as i know there is only 1 type of D2R bulb, which you can buy in many different colour 'temperatures'. I have 8000k in mine for a blue tinge. It really does sound like your ballasts mate... I think your only options are: 1. buy some new bulbs - purely to rule out defective bulbs now... can get them for £30 delivered for a pair. 2. if that fails, either convert your lights to non-hid so that you use only regular bulbs, or buy an after market hid kit for < £50 and fit those instead. 3. if you want oem... then see if you can buy some hid ballasts from a breakers, but they wont be cheap...
  11. Get bec's to bake us a batch for saturday bud
  12. its worth going to a third party motor factors if you can find one locally...? Im sure they'll do them for peanuts.

  16. If he gets anywhere near that i'll put up mine which i took off on saturday
  17. Few places doing them I think.Definately not plus vat http://www.motorprovider.co.uk/proddeta ... _WRX_Hatch Theres another. Hideous cars the new impreza's. Granted the zed is a little long in the tooth now, but its still pretty exclusive, unlike impreza's. I just picture knobs in their late 20's wearing basball caps driving impreza's... (sorry )
  18. Wheels should be balanced fine... they only did a few hundred miles after originally fitting them, then i had them re-balanced last week and it was just the same. Might try somewhere else ina couple of weeks. Neil - yes mate - tyre sizes should be fine. I've got what everyone else has - 245/35/19 and 275/35/19. If they have been re-balanced at the same place, it could be that their machine hasn't been calibrated properly....it's the only logical explanation unless you are looking at a buckled wheel but that would flag up even on an incorrectly calibrated machine. Aside from that, I am stumped! Sorry mate! Nope. 2 diferent places unfortunately... I'll put it down to cheapo wheels
