Problem i'm having is when you mention the words "split" and "rim" to anyone that refurbs wheels they all seem like they just won't touch split rims of any kind I'm thinking about getting the blitz wheels all painted even the lips when i have the refurbed but don't know what colour to get them done

What you will need to include is the PCD which as mentioned above is 114.3, that they are 5 stud and the offsets, these will be different front to back i would think and should be stampped on the back of the wheels.

What are people looking for though it's possible i could sort out some parts off the yahoo auctions in Japan as i have a buyer over there that i can use and i trust the problem comes when people want large or heavy parts. Simon

Thanks for the replys guys really helpful. I'm a bit strapped for cash at the minute so i'm trying to get some nice wheels on the car for cheap i got the wheels with very good toyo tyres for £400. I've had to buy a set of 20mm hubcentric spacers which i got a set of 4 new for £68. I hope to sell the toyo's as they are not the sizes i want then get the falkens and get the wheels refurbed. The aim is to try and keep to as near £1000 for everything as i can

I have a set of blitz split rims i'm looking at geeting re-furbed now these are 3 piece rims and apart from: http://www.alloywheelrepairs.net/index.html I cannot seem to find anyone else that will work on this kind of rim. Does anybody know of anyone out there that will as i'd like to get atleast one more quote. Onto tyres the rims are 10J rear and 9J front by using the matia tyre calculator i was thinking of getting 285/35/19 rear 245/35/19 front Have found Falkens at reasonable money are they any good and am i along the right lines tyre wise. What Nokia's does the cradle fit?

I had one on a fwd drive car i had, but that was twice stock hp and they had a tendency to destroy engine mounts so used one to stop this which it did very well. Really unless you are driving very hard all the time or launching very hard then really they are just unecesary underbonnet bling

So to make them ideal i'd need to run something like a 20mm spacer. Does anyone know the centerbore of a 350z?

I've been offered a set of blitz 19" wheels from a friend they didn't come off a 350z and after a trial fitting the rears fit fine but the fronts need a spacer to miss the suspension arm. The alloys are 9J x 19 and +42 Can anyone tell me what they should be offset wise to fit correctly as i'm thinking about spacers. Simon

Imports in general not sure on the 305z have to have a restrictor fitted into the fuel filler to pass SVA/ESVA on the last car i had this could be removed there could be something like this fitted to your 350z. If the nozzle is quite a tight fit then when filling the air probally hasn't got enough room to escape casing the nozzle to click off. Very pleased with the 5zigen pro racer exhaust i collect this week and fitted on Saturday. Brought from Envy who did me a very good deal on it with a pop charger which i fitted at the same time. The quality and fit was great and i'm really impressed with the sound from it It's Jasma stampped so under 90DB which is nice as it doesn't drone at higher speeds and i can drive it quietly when needed but when you want some noise i think it's just right all in all very happy Will get some pics and a sound clip or small vid asap Simon

didn't even go looking for this one i'm a big fella and have been looking round at lots of cars and have been finding that alot were too small (ack of head room mainly) so when i thought about a 350z i just went to look at the nearest one then it dawned on me how perfect it was
