Hi people. As most of you know i have a non gt zed, i know there is a fault with the left hand speaker on the gt, i seem to be having the problem with mine although it does'nt completly cut out, it seems to go really queit for a while (as if most of the sound is coming out of the right hand side) and then back to normal. Loose wiring, dodgy connection?

Hi buddy and welcome. I'm going to tell you what i would do if i had £16-£17k(and its only my opinion) Firstly i would'nt be looking at a gt model, yes you could buy a uk version but you would be looking at 53,04 and doubtfully a 54. I would be searching for a non gt and looking at an 05 or 55, reason being is that they will still have the nissan warranty left on them, as mentioned leather, bose etc etc(gt) are not everything they are cracked up to be. I have an 04 non gt which i bought a short while back and still had warranty left, nissan replaced all 4 rays alloys and two brand new driveshafts, god knows how much this would have cost out of warranty . Sure you will have a good time hunting, but the only thing i would advise is ...... take your time to find the right one.

It may be worth ringing around and finding prices from other garages near you, or even coming to wigan, may save you around £40 once you've paid your petrol... Have done that, Chester nissan want £348

I didn't push the zed to its limit as i would of taken a sharpe right hander off mrs stric. I would be stupid of me to think the z is the fastest thing on the road, other cars just sometimes suprise me in how much power they actually have

I feel that if and when they bring out a new z it needs to be a complete different shape, its like watching a sequel to a film, its never as good as the first. Let the 350z be completly original, don't start tweeking it and then call it something else.

As you say "its only a piece of metal" as long as your lads ok

I had to slow down a bit as the z got loud, but the other half gets even louder Was'nt an awful lot in it though

Please don't ask me why but James said he won't deal with toyo's because of the amount of problems he has had with them. Company or product? Product bud! though he did say he's never fitted one to a zed, but apparently its something to do with the tyre wall blowing. He got in contact with his suppliers and they told him they've had a few complaints of late.

Is Bulldog a new member?

He should of change the tyres like for like.

Keeping the 206 then mate Definatly need something bigger but not really looking to part with much cash as i feel the need to add a few mods to the zed. Even though the pug is only a 2.0 16v its still a little go kart and i still have a lot of fun with it, but to be honest i've not got the passion for it as i used to since having the zed. Would defo suit someone who is ready to take the leap from there first car to something with a bit more go in it.

Just had my kebab delivered as i'm a lazy ass The young lad must have been no older than 18 but quite pleasent for a change as we do get some idiots around our area. Anyway when i answered the door he said "nice car mate what exuast have you got on it?" to which i replied "cheers buddy, its just a standard one but it does sound nice" He frowned a bit and said "i didn' know the 206gti came with a stainless as standard" OMG the pug and zed are side by side and he didn't even mention it, all he wanted to know was the performance on the pug.
