i dunno, i'm not convinced either way, that it is the same as ordinary wax or not , i'd like to see some facts, i'll try it and see as my wheels have had collonite on before and i've just started using poorboys the wheel sealant poorboys do is nothing like any other product they produce, its not wax, its almost jelly/paste

i have collonite and was going to use it but it isnt a high temp wax so it allows hot brake dust to melt through the wax to the wheel - so i read

lots of people have sound deadened their car mate and it helps a lot, the tonneau cover also helps but imo isnt enough, brown bread, dynamatt etc i think its the rear inner arches that most of the noise comes from, notice how tinny it sounds when you go over loose ground and the tyres through stones up, quite a big area to cover the boot and arches and its heavy stuff

whats the difference between test pipes and decat pipes or are they the same ? why are they called test pipes ?

mine catches on the joint/bracket on the Y pipe

mine does this, if you drive in but turn in really late you alter the length of the car so its lowest point is higher, same when reversing dont drive straight, turn as you are exiting works for me, otherwise the exhaust scrapes everytime (not a nice sound) hth

congrats on the new motor the lowest part of the car is the exhaust, mine catches if i dont get the angle just right going on to my driveway

Nothing was said about it being a replacement for shampoo I only said I like to be able to see each panel, and my only other comments were about pressure washers and that it's a good start to strip everything off the paintwork. Snowfoam itself won't remove stuck on dirt, mitt work and rinsing will so you have used snowfoam ? and as i said you dont use snowfoam on its own, you use it with shampoo, this allows the shampoo to dwell on the dirt helping it dissolve so it can be washed off, its very simple the only thing it gets off the paintwork is dirt, you make it sound like paint stripper its used as pre wash really - snowfoam - mitt 2 bucket wash
