ask them for a tracking number or ask them to track it for you, i had a similar problem and i was convinced they hadnt sent the parts, i reported them to paypal and ebay and on the same day the parts arrived for some unknown reason the first order i had took approx a week to arrive end the second took a month ! try emailing via one of their ebay ads they seem to respond to those good luck
