No its just the phone you put any sim card in it then when you buy you get one year free consierge service then after that you pay optional 600 year if you still want use of the consierge service. But the phone is a collectors item as they only make limited amount and its a good investment as over the years it adds value to the phone so worth more on resale. Hi mate not sure what the garage will have to do if you do get a replaced bose unit Id get someone else to fit it thats for sure like a proper audio shop. Alternatively, Id ask for a replacement then sell it on ebay for about £270 thats what I got for my last one, then with that money put it towards a better head unit like a Kenwood or an Alpine, even a double din unit rather than use the crappy bose headunit. It will work fine with your speakers and amp as long as you buy a harness about £15 from the States so that it will allow the headunit to go through the Bose amp Thats what I did:

10.5" rears with 285/35/19 tyres (I think) 19s are plenty big enough Stuey, yours could do with lowering a bit at the rear aswell though sweet yeh stuey low enough so you can put your knee down on the ground when cornering lol
