i would say no for the higher octane fuel because the e.c.u will adjust accordingly........... as for spec my jdm dosent have cruise brembos or steering wheel controls but has everything else a gt would... electric heated leather seats ...climate..folding mirrors ect....... for the speedo they just put a chip in it to convert it to mph.....
