Mine is a road car & I went for coilovers. The main reason was the fact that I could adjust the height if I found that the car was too low to get around whereas I couldnt have done that with springs

Please dont listen to this nutter! Get a trim removal tool off ebay for a couple of quid (search on here, been said plenty of times) and follow the service manual instructions to remove it. More often than not people break the retaining clips by "just yanking it"! I can vouch for that I need some new clips for the boot & strut covers

Is there a way that we can set an event at regular intervals. E.G. the Japwales meet is the first Monday of every month, Is there a way for this to appear on the calender for every month or is it a case of setting each month myself?

What diffuser? Surly if you have a diffuser then there is no need to tuck it?

I think its the painted grille that makes it look wrong.

If you look under the back of the car you will see 2 white tabs which have poppers in them. Remove the poppers & remove the white tabs. You are now left with 2 black tabs Like this - there is 1 each side then you just fold the bumper up & have 2 options 1) get some selft tappers & screw the bumper to the support bar 2) do what I did & get 2 large enough bolts to fit in the holes left behind The hole on the left is where the original tabs are removed from, the one on the right is already free Some people have also cable tied the bumper so that it sticks up. A few guys on my350 tried my method but broke the tabs when they did it. I'm pretty sure thats right, if you can get a photo of the underside of the back cumper I can confirm from there
