  1. Fuel isn't too much of a problem but the servicing costs etc seems to be a bit of a mystery. On my last GTR I found servicing costs to be the same as any other car. The only difference being when it came to doing the timing belt - Cheapest quote I had for that was £750
  2. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/106105-new-car-again/ Went to JM-Imports this time Much better car
  3. Running costs will be a lot more than a boosted Z I drove mine home from Newcastle on Monday & I went through about £120 of fuel That was not going above 80 all the way down and using motorway all the way
  4. Me or Ian? I havent budgeted lol, if I cant afford to do something on her, I'll just tuck her away until I have funds. She's the 2nd love of my life. +1
  5. Ditch the oil cap and replace it with a genuine nismo one Is it registered yet? I picked mine up on Monday been through 2 tanks of fuel already
  6. No but it will be the first thing removed
  7. Certainly is When are you picking up the Nismo?
  8. The problem is finding a good R32. Good ones are going up in value due to the US now being able to import them I could either get a very good R33 or an average R32 I preferred the other wheels too but I'd swap both sets for a set of CE28s
  9. Not saying anything about the car or importer until I have received my refund in full
  10. Thats very tempting I'm not sure what my plans are with this one TBH but its a clean base to start with Ah Bennet. Yet another pipe dream Where did I put that £100K i put away to buy another R34 Already had a 34 and if I wasn't buying a house with the Mrs then I'd probably have another one on the drive right now
  11. You don't you return it to the importer
  12. As per the other thread, I ended up returning the MNP R33 for a refund. I had a shortlist of a few cars to replace it (R32 GTR, R33 GTR, Supra TT, 350Z, 370Z, RX7, S15, Subaru BRZ, Monaro and a few others) In the end I narrowed it down to 3 realistic options. R33 GTR, Supra TT and a 350Z In the end I opted for this. I was offered this car back in September but passed on it because I had found a MNP R33 but now this was still available so I bought it Its completley stock engine wise - even the exhaust is stock and its only done 65K miles The only modifications are a set of AVS wheels, HSD coilovers & a Nismo clutch. I pick it up on 7th March
  13. At the moment I can't say I'll get a new thread up for the new car later
  14. As some of you may know, the R33 has gone back. It wasn't quite as expected so it has been returned for a refund. I have bought something else though
  15. Yeah my Scooby headlights are crap aswell I really want a set of Xenon headlights but at around £1500 I'm gonna be wanting them for a while
  16. So its arrived Few issues with it though Triple plate clutch absolutley sucks Speedo is still in KMH so im having to work out my speeds Drivers side window is tempremental to say the least headlights are crap Sounds amazing though and pretty much spits flame on demand
  17. Go with JM-Imports also in the North East. I've just imported from the GTR Shop and wish I had stuck with Jurgen...............
  18. From memory I paid about £1000 delivered for them from Japan
  19. Cusco. I've had them on both Zeds and they are brilliant
  20. Bought it from Ireland so had to register in UK, needed MOT, which took me a while to sort, then had to send off for V5 with MOT and forgot to send copies off ID (missed that bit on the 100 point form!!) so took a few weeks to come through. Bad times bro, wont be long though, are the import company sorting plates out? I now need some, the last piece of the puzzle!! Got my V5 today just waiting for the garage to supply plates and I think its ready For insurance try Adrian Flux, I just insured mine with them for £700 and 0 Excess
