Try being in the 20k no life club
It's all that posting about your push bike Chris.
Not my fault I don't have a zed any more...... No wait it is
-
Do you two want to take this elsewhere ?
+1 - some right keyboard worriors we're developing on here
I can tidy it if you like Flyboy
-
I'll get the bus .....
-
Ultimately we wont censor it (well I certainly wont) but we ask members think long and hard before they do it. If it does come out its a misunderstanding later on, it doesn't bode well for anyone involved.
Yes and I would hope nobody would just post without thinking it through or going through the 'proper' stages....
You've been here long enough to know that isnt true
-
We can tidy spam you know - or just doc you posts
-
Sender will have deleted it before you read it I would guess

are you referring to the wooly kind or the 42 odd zedder blindly following the one in front
Now you mention it ...
-
Oh god, I forgot about the crazy sheep!
-
Dont worry, plenty of spare space in the bus for those who have been banned.
corrected that for you
Hey, hey, I'm not Group 4!
-
Dont worry, plenty of spare space in the bus for it. I'll pack it just in case

I have this in handWorth mentioning that in the past people have been banned from the club and attending events for dangerous driving. Anyone who drives like a tool on the Wales weekend will be removed from the club and there will not be a discussion about it.
Friendly reminder
Did you sign the ban hammer out of the weapons cache?
-
Oh, and post count/years on forum are not an indicator of trustworthiness, Ive banned at least 5 people with 5K+ postcounts and years of history before. Be smart, dont get stitched.
Yup we've been there too, with members and traders. Amazing really that some such established members/traders can suddenly act in a different way.
This is why we like members to cover themselves, but if they have problems then contact the team for help before naming and shaming as a last resort. While we are quite an active forum, we are still small enough, and these issues infrequent enough, that we dont mind helping out with issues. Rather that than a bum fight start on the forum in public, at least until the facts have been established

I think you have to have hi-vis vests in the boot for driving on the continent, also warning triangles.
Sort of correct, they need to be in the cabin along with a number of other stuff. The AA website has a good guide on this but I'm pretty certain Ekona covered it earlier in the thread
Actually, I think thats sort of correct too. I *believe* you can have them anywhere in the car so long as you have it on before exiting the vehicle. So they could be in the boot so long as you can get to it before leaving. I still stick ours within arms reach just to be 100% sure though!

Am I right in saying the PMs will still be in your outbox if unread? If they're not in your outbox they have been read and ignored. But if they are on holiday or unwell etc they will be in your outbox
AFAIK, yes.
Wont show as unread any more as they are saved as conversations. However, if you go to read the PM, you will see the recipient list on the left of the screen and when they last read it. If its a new convo they haven't read, I think it says so there.

As Martin says, we don't have a "no name and shame" policy but do ask the team are contacted first to help with the problem. The best way to do this is to report the original sale thread, that way all the team can see and action it and have the context of the original sale in front of them.

Mike, your post link to paypal doesn't work, moans about cookies and sessions. The one in the menu works fine.
Should be fixed in his post now, dynamic URLs are a pain sometimes
bugger I may of undone your work
Looks like you got the right link this time, before you must have copied it from the PP page rather than the Forum header. Looks ok now.

Well you'd better get practising then hadn't you?
Shall we abroad again next year?
We are trying! Was out on the road bikes last night but only for 45mins before dinner. 20MPH (gusting to 40MPH) made it a bit of a battle!
Liking the sounds of some sun and fun next year, I think we'll be voting for camping this time though given we have the bus If we can get away fro a bit longer it might mean we can move about a bit though rather than being in one place.

Plot us a route then Captain (just remember we're mighty unfit!)
-
If the police do follow us they'll realise we're all responsible surely?
Why follow then they can sit and wait Those who have done a few will remember the run good few years ago where we must have passed about 3-4 speed traps! While we dont hide from the Police and inform them of what we're doing, we dont want to attract more attention to ourselves
My new car (again) or not :(
