Good sites, just spent a fortune at autopia, and could have got everything in the UK

Been talking to Steve about his monitor and DVD player in his Z He said that I would need the Nissan Nav pocket to mount the monitor in the cubby hole. I didnt buy sat nav with my car, how easy would it be to mount a 7.5'' screen in the cubby hole? does anyone know if the bose head unit has an AUX input to plug the DVD player into ?

where can you get p21s for that price? I was ordering other stuff as well, so postage wasnt an issue, but would be nice to know for future.

I did, got 32 mpg on 350miles the fact that I had to make sure I wasn't losing a Yaris is influencing this quite a bit I got 28.2 mpg on around 150 miles. Average speed of 48mph. Probably did alot better on the A1, think getting behind a few sunday drivers on the back roads from Newark to Bolsover had a huge impact

How olds you car? If its fairly new then personally I wouldnt bother polishing it for a while... or at the most use an extremely fine polish. So far i have only used a very fine cleaner/polish on mine but I have also bought a very fine finishing polish... Instead use a wax. I have tried the Meguirs NXT wax and found that the finish looks very smeared. dont know if its me coz Val swears by it.... guess he must have plenty of practice . I have just bought some P21s, only used it on the bonnet and it seems very good... better than meguirs, but it should be at $32. Chris demonstrated the Meguirs quick detailing wax at the JAE.. seemed pretty good and extremely fast to apply. I am going to be using Meguirs 1st then finishing off with the P21s... I had supaguard on my previous car and my dad had it on this current. It was ok for a while, but wasnt impressed.

GM coupe going north on M1 between junction 30-31 at around 8ish this morning. It was a few cars in front so only got a glimpse. GM couple with a fancy spoiler around 16.45 in Rotherham going along Centenury Way... again only got a glimpse out of the corner of my eye. GM roadser in clowne this evening at around 17.15ish. Nice 06 plate with top down 3 GMs in same day, anyone here? or is it "the others"

interesting thread. I wonder how much you would enjoy your £30K car when its sat on the drive and you cant actually drive it coz your banned? Granted you slowed down when passing cars, but what about people in their cars going in the opposite direction? If something did go wrong, and the risk of this happening is greatly increased the faster you go then I am sure that there is a possibility that you could end up on the other side of the motorway. have you considered the effects of something happening? on family etc. and if you do survive a crash at those speeds the burden on the tax payer from NHS bills? No wonder blokes have to pay more than woman for insurance. anyway thats my pennys worth

Cheers Val, I went down to local dealers a couple of weeks ago. they have not got anything on their system.. Last email they have from Nissan is that the unit has been delayed due to a fault.

this is exactly what I have been told by my local dealer... trouble is not got anything in writing, so could easily change to become an optional extra.. Have to wait and see, from experience dealers seem to know sweet FA.

I have one from a group buy. I bought 2, got one on front and not going to bother doing the rear. You can have it for what I paid... £30 including p&p.
