None of the cars had any running issues but felt noticeably smoother after the change, just took ours out this morning and again gaps all well over what it should be this, after 36k miles.

We will soon have a true dual available from 5Zigen can't confirm prices at the moment.

We would strongly advise changing at that mileage. We have changed plugs recently on cars at around the 40k mark and the gaps on the plugs were double what they should be. Full set of Denso Iridium plugs £55 plus £30 fitting, and we are local to you.

although the pads you have are not classed as a track pad they should hold up pretty well just dont do back to back sessions.

Bought this yesterday check out the reg plate.

just a tip, you dont need to use heat resistant paint on the plenum it doesnt get hot enough to cause any problems, we have painted quite a number now with standard body finish, opens up more possibilities for colours.

Very doubtfull they will be able to do the Z.

And how much was tax and postage? Also, how long did it take? Cost about £224 plus £36 in duty and arrived in 5 days.Makes a quality noise as well. Just sent you a pm Rob Cheers for the info... As an alternative to stock pads and for normal road use they are Ok but they don't like hard use and this is where they are a let down because they are marketed as a performance pad but there is a huge difference between the likes of Ferodo, Endless and Performance Friction to name just a few.

one of the best mods you can do, takes about an hour to fit.
