Sounds like you have Endless pads in there. Possibly just need taking out and some copper grease applied to the back of the pad but worth checking for wear. No wear indicator tabs on the Endless pads.

Pads are £200 full car set. We can get braided hoses but need more details of what you want to replace, not cheap mind
