    clutch

Uprating is only really required if you are planning to go FI otherwise the standard clutch will handle this without issue.

    clutch

ACT is a good unit but only really a benefit if you are changing the flywheel as well. The standard Exedy unit is more than capable of handling the power the Z can deliver and at £250 not too expensive. Other options would be the JWT.

    Braking query

This happens from cold and warm, my foot spends 99% of its time on the gogo peddal so I'm pretty sure its not me warming the disks and pads, I pull the handbreak up whilst traveling occasionally to clear the rears a bit extra and that seems to fix it a tiny bit. Could it be a stuck piston doing it!?. You are misunderstanding. I am not saying it is a warm up situation, once the pad transfer is there it is there until you remove it by re-bedding the disc and pad. Think of like having a sopt of glue on the disc, as the pad hits it on rotation it will grab at that point more than at other points on the disc. Give us a call and I can explain in more depth.
  17. some pics , apologies for the quality.
  18. Our plaeasure and thanks for keeping our other customers happy while we sorted you out. Would also give a heads up to Paul who has turned out an excellent result on the lights, must admit didn't think it would be my cup of tea but the finished result on Martins car speaks for itself, well done bud
  19. sorry Martin just got in 20mins ago will upload the pics in the morning.
  20. Those are the sizes we used on ours.

    Braking query

Unlikely the disc is warped sounds more like a build up of pad material on the disc, often caused by sitting with a foot on the brake after a spirited run , causes a hot spot on the disc allowing the resin from the pad to transfer on to the disc in one position. Rebed the pads to clean up the disc surface. A good indicator visually of pad material build up is if the disc is very shiny ie like chrome, the discs should be an even greyish colour.

    Seating looms

All cars have the seat belt loom but not the other one, we have also come across 4 different wiring looms so far and the roadster and coupe setups are completely different again. Not as straightforward as you would think.
