  1. True! I was just making the point that any mods may not be the OPs to sell.... The move to Tokyo has come around unexpectedly so we are currently looking at the least financially disasterous solution for the Z as there are still 14 months left on the contract: 1. Sell it back to the dealer and pay off the finance and make up the shocking amount of shortfall - getting any dealer to give us a price is proving to be a nightmare.... 2. If possible, sell it privately and make up less of a shortfall. 3. If the numbers for 1 and 2 above don't work (ie the shortfall is more than the payments outstanding + insurance + servicing and possibly storage), park it in a garage for a year and then hand it back when it is due. Trouble is, this is too good an opportunity to miss, much as getting rid of the Z is going to be a wrench! Glen Surely its simple? If 14 X your monthly payments is less than the shortfall you'd have to make up then you'd just keep it and hand it back in 14 months time?
  2. Got one. And your right. People just love it so far. Bronze for extra effect with internal leather to match. Just in case people might miss me BigPhil will be fitting a K1 in a couple of weeks to make sure they don't !! Better change your sig then

  4. What are you going to be driving bud lol not sure bud, depends if the guy turns up on monday although he sounded bit dodgy and guy who was meant to turn up sunday is asking to reschedule as he was coming from cornwall and couldnt make it this weekend, but doubt if he will. Been advertising the car for 3 days, but with the way economy is cant see it selling quickly, will see am in no rush so might still have it by then Its all bollocks. There were plenty of people with £85k looking to buy my G. The right car at the right price will always sell immediately If it doesn't then your car is either priced too high or is GM

  9. To be fair, my gallardo was costing me £100 a week in petrol alone. But once I got in it, money was a distant memory.........If i was paying £100 a week to drive a @*!# heap I'd sell it asap. As long as the zed provides the enjoyment you'd expect, keep it. If, all you think about, when driving it, is mpg, tax, insurance, depreciation etc then you need to get rid
  10. Had a look round a black one today at the lambo dealers. Nice, very nice, especially the interior. I could never buy one though as its basically a detuned gallardo. Plus I couldn't spend £90k on something that wasn't a Ferrari/Lambo/Porsche etc etc
  11. When costs outweigh your enjoyment
